1. Eligibility & Documents
- You must have a valid Driving Licence suitable for the vehicle you are renting.
- A valid Government-issued Photo ID may be required during booking.
- Additional documents may be requested depending on the rental.
2. Booking & Availability
- A booking is confirmed only after our team confirms the vehicle availability and rental details.
- Vehicle availability can change, especially during weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- The vehicle provided will depend on availability at the time of confirmation.
3. Rental Charges & Security Deposit
- Rental charges depend on the vehicle and rental duration.
- Any applicable security deposit will be communicated before the rental is confirmed.
- The deposit may be used to cover eligible damage, penalties or other outstanding charges.
4. Vehicle Condition
- Our bikes and scooties are inspected and maintained regularly before rentals.
- Please check the vehicle at the time of pickup/delivery and report any existing damage before starting your ride.
- The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
5. Riding & Traffic Rules
- The vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable traffic laws.
- The renter is responsible for traffic fines, challans and penalties caused during the rental period.
- Helmets are provided with rentals for rider safety.
6. Return & Extension
- The vehicle should be returned at the agreed date and time.
- If you need more time, contact us before the rental period ends. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and applicable charges.
- Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
7. Damage or Loss
- Any new damage, loss of accessories, documents or other items during the rental may be charged to the renter.
- Any applicable deduction from the security deposit will be explained by our team.
8. Cancellation
- Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking terms communicated at the time of confirmation.
- If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as early as possible.
9. Doorstep Delivery
- Doorstep delivery is available in selected Kolkata locations, depending on vehicle availability and delivery arrangements.
